目的:研究蕈树茎的化学成分。方法:蕈树茎用95%乙醇回流提取,提取液经减压浓缩得到浸膏,浸膏石油醚部分和乙酸乙酯部分应用硅胶和Sephadex LH-20柱色谱进行分离和纯化,并根据其理化性质和波谱分析鉴定化合物的结构。结果:从蕈树茎中分离得到11个化合物,分别鉴定为:myrsinene(1)、石竹醛(2)、3β,23,28-三羟基齐墩果烯(3)、乌苏酸-3β-棕榈酸酯(4)、arjunglucosideⅡ(5)、β-谷甾醇(6)、胡萝卜苷(7)、反式白藜芦醇-3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(8)、鞣花酸-3,3’-二甲醚(9)、南烛木糖苷(10)、鞣花酸-3,3’-二甲醚-4’-O-α-L-鼠李糖苷(11)。结论:所有化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical composition of mushroom stems. Methods: The stems and leaves of mushroom were extracted by refluxing with 95% ethanol. The extract was concentrated under reduced pressure to obtain the extract. The petroleum ether and ethyl acetate fractions were separated and purified by silica gel and Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography. Characterization and spectral analysis identified the structure of the compound. Results: Eleven compounds were isolated from the stems of mushrooms and identified as myrsinene (1), carnalline (2), 3β, 23,28-trihydroxyolepetal (3), ursolic acid- (4), arjunglucosideⅡ (5), β-sitosterol (6), daucosterol (7), trans-resveratrol-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (8) (9), Southern Candianoside (10), Ellagic Acid-3,3’-Dimethylether-4’-O-α-L-Rhamnoside ). Conclusion: All the compounds were isolated from this plant for the first time.
