大学体育经过多年的改革与实践,取得了一系列成果,但“灰色体育症”依然存在。在这种背景下,“阳光体育运动”的实施无疑为学校体育的进一步改革与发展理顺了思路,指明了方向。本文章在正视大学校园存在的“灰色体育症”与解读“阳光体育运动”的基础上,运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等研究方法对大学校园开展“阳光体育运动”的健身模式进行了理论性探讨,文章指出:构建“阳光”健身模式的关键在于积极向学生灌输“阳光”健身理念;大力推进学校体育与社会体育接轨;其最终目的是“一切为了学生,为了一切学生,为了学生的一切”。
After years of reform and practice in university sports, a series of achievements have been made, but “gray sports disorder” still exists.
