保持炉对稳定SCR铜杆连铸连轧工艺和提高铸坯品质极为重要,一直是国内外连铸连轧领域共同研讨和关注的重大课题。通过进行事故分析及优化设计,新型回转式保持炉工效高,铜液受控好,铸坯质量好,事故及清炉次数少,炉龄长,成本能耗低,对国内外类似炉型的设计具有一定的参考应用价值。
It is very important to maintain the furnace to stabilize the SCR copper rod continuous casting and rolling process and improve the quality of the billet. It has always been a major topic for discussion and concern in the field of continuous casting and rolling at home and abroad. Through the analysis of accidents and optimization of design, the new rotary kiln maintains the high efficiency, the copper fluid is controlled well, the slab quality is good, the accident and the number of the furnace are few, the furnace is long and the cost is low. Design has a certain reference value.
