计算机数值模拟技术在生产中具有广泛的应用,利用数值模拟软件V-Cast对掘进机星轮的凝固过程进行了数值模拟,避免了各种质量缺陷的产生,获得了合理的铸造工艺。利用计算机模拟技术,缩短了生产周期,降低了能源消耗,获得了良好的经济效益。
Computer numerical simulation technology has a wide range of applications in production. The numerical simulation software V-Cast is used to simulate the solidification process of roadheader star wheel, which avoids the generation of various quality defects and obtains a reasonable casting process. Using computer simulation technology, shorten the production cycle, reduce energy consumption, access to good economic benefits.
