调查 2 0 0 0年广西县及县以上医疗机构卫生人力的现状。结果显示 :学历结构偏低 ;各类医院缺乏高层次人才 ;县级医疗机构人员学历、职称结构较低。建议 :开展广西卫生人力资源发展战略研究 ,制定广西2 0 1 5卫生人力发展规划。适当扩大本科和研究生的教育面 ,重点发展专科教育 ,大力发展全科医学教育
Investigate the status quo of health manpower in medical institutions in and outside county level in Guangxi in 2000. The results show that: the educational structure is low; all types of hospitals lack high-level talents; county-level medical institutions have low academic qualifications and titles. Recommendations: To carry out a study on the development strategy of Guangxi’s human resources for health and formulate a plan for the development of Guangxi’s health workforce. Properly expand the education of undergraduates and postgraduates, focus on the development of specialist education, and vigorously develop general medical education
