介绍一种利用气压辅助承载减小调整时螺旋副之间载荷的螺旋支腿及试验情况,并提出了螺旋支腿增加气压辅助结构,提高带载调整能力的应用建议。研究结果表明:气压辅助螺旋支腿通过气动力平衡螺旋副调整过程所受的负载,从而能够减少转动摩擦阻力,减小驱动功率,提高其承载能力。
The paper introduces a kind of helical leg which can reduce the load between helical pairs when adjusting with air pressure, and puts forward the application suggestion of increasing helical leg auxiliary structure by air pressure and improving load adjusting ability. The results show that the air pressure auxiliary helical legs can adjust the load of the process by the pneumatic balance helix to reduce the frictional resistance, reduce the driving power and increase the bearing capacity.
