Based on the structural characteristics of the FBG pressure sensor, two FBGs with the same stress and temperature sensitivity coefficients are affixed on the upper and lower surfaces of the cantilever respectively. Simultaneous measurement of pressure and temperature is achieved by separately measuring the wavelength shift of the FBG pair. The resolution of the pressure and temperature measurements were 0.14 MPa and 0.5 ° C, respectively.
