随着社会经济和科技的不断发展,工程建设也在不断发展和创新,同时,人力资源管理也在悄然地发生着变化,已经由旧式工程建设中劳动密集型的人力资源转向为智力密集型的人力资源。但我国大部分的工程建设仍处于劳动密集型企业,要想在日趋激烈的企业竞争中成功立足,就必须提高企业自生竞争力,改善人力资源制度。基于此,论述工程建设中人力资源的主要内容,工程建设中缺乏人力资源管理将造成的后果及工程建设人力资源管理可采取的相关途径。
With the continuous development of social economy and science and technology, the construction of engineering is also constantly developing and innovating. At the same time, human resources management is also changing quietly. It has been shifted from labor-intensive human resources in old-style engineering to intellectual-intensive Human Resources. However, most of our country’s engineering construction is still in labor-intensive enterprises. If we want to gain a foothold in the increasingly fierce competition among enterprises, we must improve the competitiveness of enterprises and improve the human resources system. Based on this, the dissertation discusses the main contents of human resources in project construction, the consequences of lack of human resources management in project construction and the relevant approaches that human resources management in engineering construction can take.
