在肥胖及伴有NIDDM者中存在着细胞表面的胰岛素受体结合位点数目下降和(或)亲和力的改变,且结合位点数与体重指数呈负相关。作者旨在观察单纯性肥胖患者治疗前、后红细胞胰岛素受体的变化以及与体重指数的关系。
In obese patients with NIDDM, there is a decrease in the number and / or affinity of insulin receptor binding sites on the cell surface, and the number of binding sites is negatively correlated with body mass index. The aim of this study was to investigate the changes of erythrocyte insulin receptor and the relationship with body mass index before and after treatment in simple obesity patients.
