为了寻求新的高效的三唑类杀菌剂,在文献研究的基础上,根据生物活性叠加原理,把醚键引入到化合物分子中,设计了一系列含有醚键和α,β-不饱和酮结构的新型三唑类化合物。以对羟基苯乙酮、取代苯甲醛、多聚甲醛和1H-1,2,4-三氮唑为原料,经过氯甲基化、羟醛缩合、醚化等步骤,合成了目标化合物,并通过IR、1HNMR和MS等手段确证了所合成化合物结构的正确性。采用离体平皿法,对目标化合物进行了生物活性测试,结果表明合成的部分目标化合物具有一定的杀菌活性。
