气流冲击实砂亦称气流脉冲实砂,是指用具有一定压力的气流直接对已装填在砂箱和辅助框中的型砂(或芯盒中的芯砂),进行瞬间的冲击使之紧实的实砂方法。根据用来紧实型砂的压力源不同可将其分为:①高压气流实砂—用高压泵或增压器产生的高压压缩空气源,②爆炸波实砂——用爆炸产生的高压气源(其中以可燃气作为爆炸燃料的则称为气爆实砂)。现将国内外这方面进行的试验研究作一简介:
