苏联教育家霍姆林斯基曾经说过,每个学生都各自是一个完全特殊的独一无二的世界,因为他们每人都有自己的特点、兴趣、情感和需要,具有不同的发展水平。要让不同的学生在不同的层面上都有所提高,有所发展,作为班主任工作就必须根据学生的个体差异,采用不同的方法去做好学生的个别教育。这里就我十几年的班主任工作中所摸索的经验,浅谈对优秀生和后进生的教育工作。
Hollinski, a Soviet educator, once said that each student is a totally unique and unique world because each of them has its own characteristics, interests, emotions and needs, and has different levels of development. To make different students have improved at different levels, some development, as a class teacher must be based on individual differences in students, using different methods to do individual education of students. Here I am more than a decade of class teacher’s work in the exploration of the experience, talk about the outstanding students and post-graduate education.
