目的:改进石墨炉原子吸收法直接测定血液中铅的方法。方法:用硝酸和Triton X-100混合溶液稀释血液和磷酸二氢铵作为混合基体改进剂,直接进样测定全血中铅。结果:血铅浓度在0~200μg/L范围内呈良好的线性关系,相关系数r=0.9995,最低检出限为0.8μg/L,相对标准偏差小于2.81%,回收率在96.8%~103.7%之间。结论:该方法简便、灵敏度高、精密度好,适用于直接测定血液中铅。
Objective: To improve the direct determination of lead in blood by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry. Methods: The blood and ammonium dihydrogen phosphate were diluted with mixed solution of nitric acid and Triton X-100 as the modifier of the mixed matrix, and the total lead in the whole blood was determined by direct injection. Results: The blood lead concentration showed a good linear relationship in the range of 0-200 μg / L with a correlation coefficient of 0.9995, a minimum detectable limit of 0.8 μg / L, a relative standard deviation of less than 2.81% and a recovery of 96.8% -103.7% between. Conclusion: The method is simple, sensitive and accurate, suitable for direct determination of lead in blood.
