随着国家逐步加大对房地产业的宏观调控力度,房地产项目成本管理成为企业生存与发展的关键,而大多数开发商比较重视施工阶段成本管理,本文从工程造价控制源头开始,分别讨论了前期决策阶段、规划设计阶段、招投标阶段的造价控制,提出了基于造价控制的房地产开发项目成本管理方法和措施。
As the state gradually increases the intensity of the real estate macro regulation and control, real estate project cost management has become the key to the survival and development of enterprises, while most developers pay more attention to the construction stage cost management.
