发动机附件作为现代先进航空发动机的重要组成部分,对发动机的正常运行以及飞机的飞行安全有着至关重要的作用。本文运用故障树分析法(FTA)在对莱康明IO-360-L2A发动机附件故障数据进行总结、分类及分析的基础上建立故障树,同时选用数学方法进行处理,得出其故障发生规律。同时提出相应的故障处理措施,在今后维护、维修工作中引以借鉴,减少不必要的重复工作,提高工作效率及经济效益。
As an important part of modern advanced aeroengine, engine attachment plays an important role in the normal operation of the engine and the flight safety of the aircraft. In this paper, the fault tree analysis (FTA) is used to establish the fault tree based on the summary, classification and analysis of the fault data of Lycoming IO-360-L2A engine. At the same time, the fault tree is selected by mathematical method. At the same time put forward the corresponding fault handling measures, in the future maintenance and repair work to learn from, reduce unnecessary duplication of work, improve work efficiency and economic benefits.
