聚丙烯装置在正常生产过程中需要对反应器、气锁器、脱气仓等多个关键设备的料位进行料位测量及控制,而设备内的操作介质为丙烯、聚丙烯粉末、氢气、催化剂等,介质特性为粉料,具有毒性、易燃、易爆、易挥发等特点。使用常规料位测量仪表难以实现料位测量,因此采用非接触式料位计进行测量。介绍了放射性核料位计的测量原理、测量系统的组成及核料位计在聚丙烯装置中设置时应特别注意的问题,通过核料位计的合理设置有效保证聚丙烯装置生产的正常运行。
