王浆又名蜂乳,是工蜂咽腺分泌的一种半透明浅黄色浓稠浆液。化学成分极为复杂。含有蛋白质、氨基酸、脂肪酸、醣、多种维生素、乙酰胆碱和微量元素。王浆具有广泛的生物学作用。它对人体有强壮作用,能增进食欲,加强消化力,改善睡眠,增强人体对疾病的抵抗力,用于多种疾病,特别是老年、慢性、衰弱性疾病的防治,有一定疗效。本文在介绍我组关于王浆的药理研究工作的基础上,扼要综述国内外王浆药理和临床研究的进展。
Royal jelly, also known as bee milk, is a semi-transparent light yellow dense slurry secreted by the worker’s pharyngeal gland. The chemical composition is extremely complicated. Contains proteins, amino acids, fatty acids, sugars, multiple vitamins, acetylcholine and trace elements. Royal jelly has a wide range of biological effects. It has a strong effect on the human body, can increase appetite, enhance digestion, improve sleep, enhance the body’s resistance to disease, and is used for the control of many diseases, especially the elderly, chronic, and debilitating diseases, and has a certain effect. This article is based on the introduction of the pharmacological research work of Royal Jelly in our group, and summarizes the progress of pharmacology and clinical research of royal jelly at home and abroad.
