根据绿色化学理念,对乙酰水杨酸的合成实验方法进行了改进和优化。以硅胶负载碘(I2/SiO2)为催化剂,试管为反应容器,通过微波辐射加热合成了乙酰水杨酸。通过单因素试验考察乙酸酐/水杨酸比例、催化剂用量、微波功率、辐射时间对乙酰水杨酸产率的影响,并通过正交试验确立了最佳的实验条件。与传统的浓硫酸催化法实验相比较,该法反应时间短、产率高、操作简单、危险性小、环境友好。
According to the concept of green chemistry, the synthetic experimental method of acetylsalicylic acid has been improved and optimized. The silica gel loaded with iodine (I2 / SiO2) as catalyst, the tube as a reaction vessel, heated by microwave irradiation synthesized acetylsalicylic acid. The influence of acetic anhydride / salicylic acid ratio, catalyst dosage, microwave power and irradiation time on the yield of acetylsalicylic acid was investigated by single factor test. The optimum experimental conditions were established by orthogonal test. Compared with the traditional catalytic experiments of concentrated sulfuric acid, this method has short reaction time, high yield, simple operation, low risk and environment-friendly.
