我厂广大革命职工在“鞍钢宪法”的光辉旗帜指引下,发扬了自力更生,艰苦奋斗的革命精神,自行设计和制造了90吨液压滚丝机。成功地解决了大尺寸螺栓的制造难关,比车床生产提高工效50～80倍。在制造过程中,认真读马、列的书和毛主席著作,充分发挥毛主席哲学思想的威力,克服了重重困难,终于试制成功。本机能加工直径为200毫米左右的四种大型滚丝模和材料为35CrMo合金钢M27×3以上的螺栓,螺纹精度可达二级以上,光洁度为▽▽▽8～▽▽▽9。
