研究GH4133轮盘材料疲劳失效概率分布类型,通过经验分布函数法和平均失效率函数法处理疲劳失效数据,根据所得到的数据信息假设轮盘材料疲劳失效概率分布类型为正态分布、对数正态分布或三参数的威布尔分布。先对三个分布分别进行参数估计再利用柯尔莫哥洛夫拟合优度检验法,检验分布函数总体拟合效果。并绘制所确定分布的失效率曲线与平均失效率曲线比验。综合比较同温度不同应变比、同应变比不同温度下各组数据,得出GH4133轮盘材料的疲劳失效分布函数以对数正态分布函数为最佳。
The fatigue failure probability distribution of GH4133 roulette material was studied. The fatigue failure data were processed by the empirical distribution function method and the average failure rate function method. According to the obtained data, the probability distribution type of fatigue failure of the roulette material was assumed as normal distribution and logarithmic positive Weibull distribution of state or three parameters. First, the three distributions were estimated parameters and then use Kolmogorov goodness of fit test to test the distribution function of the overall fitting effect. And draw the determined distribution of the failure rate curve and the average failure rate curve test. Comparing the data of different temperatures at different strain rates and different strain rates, we conclude that the fatigue failure distribution function of GH4133 roulette material is the logarithm normal distribution function.
