本文采用随机双盲法,观察舌下含化异搏定、硝苯毗啶对50例高血压病患者的急性降压作用.并以安慰剂25例作对照.含异搏定120mg 或硝苯吡啶10mg 后,10分钟血压迅速下降,30～60分钟最明显,60分钟总有效率分别为92%、80%.两药对正常人的血压、心率无影响.用超声心动图测定了10例患者于含药前及含药60分钟时的左室功能,未见明显变化.作者认为两药舌下含化均有起效快、疗效高、使用方便、副作用小的优点,异搏定不增加心率似更为可取.
