1 病例介绍患者女 ,5 4岁 ,因血压升高 3年伴进行性四肢乏力 16天于 2 0 0 0年 8月 8日入住神经内科。患者于 3年前体检时发现血压增高 ,最高达 2 33/10 1ｍｍＨｇ ,一直服用卡托普利、络活喜等药 (未用过复方降压片、寿比山等含排钾利尿剂的降压药 ) ,控制血压在 12 8/ 83ｍ
1 case description Female patient, 54 years old, due to elevated blood pressure 3 years with progressive limb weakness 16 days in August 8, 2000 admitted to neurology.
