大锥角圆锥滚子的冷冲压

大锥角圆锥滚子的特点是圆角大,这给滚子采用冲压工艺带来困难。目前所用冷镦机多靠滚子凹模型腔的锥孔部分将料坯夹住,然后冷镦成形。实践表明,凹模型腔锥孔半角超过2°,则冲压时会出现料歪斜定位,甚至掉料。现把凹模设计成两个角度,夹持料坯的部位半锥角是1°30’,其余部位半锥角与成品滚子相同。这样,大锥角圆锥滚子即可采用冷冲压工艺。附图3幅。 Large cone angle tapered roller is characterized by fillet, which gives the roller stamping process to bring difficulties.
