已研制出一种称之为KID的用于物料破碎和研磨的惯性振动磨机。在该设备中,主压力和剪切力是由不平衡质量块的离心力和施加给待处理物料的强振动力合成产生的。惯性振动磨机充分利用了物料内在非均质和缺陷。首次应用试验结果显示,无论用于干式或湿式磨矿、闭路或开路,惯性振动磨机都具有选择性磨矿、减少过细物料的产生,提高磨矿能力、减少能耗和维修费用的优点。该设备的破碎比为4~30。
An inertial vibration mill called KID has been developed for material crushing and grinding. In this device, the main pressure and the shear force are generated by the centrifugal force of the unbalanced mass and the strong vibration force applied to the material to be treated. Inertial vibration mills make full use of the material inherent inhomogeneities and defects. The results of the first application test show that inertial vibration mills have the advantages of selective grinding, reducing the generation of excessively fine materials, improving grinding capacity, reducing energy consumption and maintenance costs, whether for dry or wet grinding, closed circuit or open circuit .
