采用单因素试验研究乙醇浓度、微波功率、微波处理时间、料液比对紫苏叶多酚物质提取的影响,选定料液比为1∶40。在单因素试验基础上,根据Box-Behnken试验设计原理,设计三因素三水平的响应面分析方法,建立二次多项式回归方程的预测模型,所得微波提取多酚工艺的最佳参数:乙醇体积分数41%,微波时间104s,微波功率271W。实际测得多酚提取率为15.744mg/g,与理论预测值基本相符。
Single factor experiments were conducted to study the effects of ethanol concentration, microwave power, microwave treatment time and solid-liquid ratio on the extraction of polyphenols from Perilla frutescens leaves. The ratio of solid to liquid was 1:40. Based on the single-factor experiment, according to the design principle of Box-Behnken experiment, a three-level and three-level response surface analysis method was designed to establish the prediction model of the quadratic polynomial regression equation. The optimum parameters of microwave extraction polyphenols technology were ethanol volume fraction 41%, microwave time 104s, microwave power 271W. The actual measured polyphenols extraction rate of 15.744mg / g, with the theoretical predictions are basically consistent.
