阐述了矿用电动机保护技术及监控系统研究的现状,根据矿井环境特点,设计了矿用电动机保护器及光纤监控系统。系统能够通过单片机对电机信号进行采集和处理,实现对其故障的判断和保护,采用光纤传输实现了人机交互控制,通过串口通信实时监控电动机的运行状况。经分析表明,该光纤监控系统能在矿井恶劣环境和强电磁干扰下,有效地保护矿用电动机。
The status quo of mine motor protection technology and monitoring system is expounded. According to the characteristics of mine environment, mine motor protector and optical fiber monitoring system are designed. The system can collect and process the motor signal through the singlechip to realize the judgment and protection of the fault. The optical fiber transmission is used to realize the human-computer interaction control, and the running status of the motor is monitored in real time through the serial port communication. The analysis shows that the optical fiber monitoring system can mine the harsh environment and strong electromagnetic interference, mine protection motor effectively.
