对储层非均质性严重的注水砂岩油藏,多级分注工艺是改善注水井吸水剖面,提高油藏注水开发效果的重要手段之一。针对深井多级(大于5级)分注管柱解封困难等问题,阐述了应用管柱伸缩补偿器逐级解封的多级分注管柱研究及现场应用情况。多级分注管柱采用伸缩补偿器,引入逐级、逐段解封理念,降低解封力,提高解封成功率;同时补偿注水时的管柱伸缩量,减少管柱蠕动,延长了多级分注管柱的有效期。多级分注工艺管柱能实现5级以上分注,可进行反洗井、验封、投捞等措施。现场应用证明多级分注技术分注效果良好,成功改变了吐哈油田大厚层笼统注水的传统工艺,提高了精细注水程度,具有良好的推广前景。
One of the important means to improve the water injection profile of water injection wells and improve the effect of reservoir water injection is to inject sandstone reservoirs and multi-stage injection technologies with serious reservoir heterogeneity. In view of the difficulty of unwinding the multi-stage (greater than 5) pipe string in deep well, the research on the multi-stage pipe string and the field application of the pipe string expansion-contraction compensator are described. The multi-stage pipe string adopts the expansion and contraction compensator to introduce the concept of gradual and section-by-section to reduce the unwinding force and increase the success rate of unsealing. At the same time, it can compensate the expansion and contraction of the pipe string and reduce the peristalsis of the pipe string, Grade Dispensing Tubing Validity Period. Multi-stage dispensing process can achieve more than 5 pipelines, anti-washing wells, inspection seal, fishing and other measures. The field application proves that the multi-stage dispensing technique has good dispensing effect and successfully changed the traditional general flooding technology of large thick layers in Tuha Oilfield, improving the precision of water injection and having good promotion prospects.
