在南京市卫生局积极倡导和推动下,三家在江苏乃至全国都颇具影响的医院——鼓楼医院、儿童医院、口腔医院于1996年12月6日联合组建了“南京市鼓楼医院集团”。集团现有职工3100余人,其中高级医技人员249名,中级人员535名,设1300余张病床,有临床专科63个,医技科室45个,专科研究室、实验室20个,年门急诊180万人次,收治病人2.6万人次,住院手术14000余例。医院集团组建后,三家医院着重在技术、科研、教学、设备和后勤服务上紧密联系,以取得卫生资源配置的合理化、后勤服务的社会化和医疗经营的集约化,更好地为病人服务。集团由管理委员会管理,管委会成员由三家医院各派三名委员参加,集团内成员平等相处。
With the active promotion and promotion of the Nanjing Municipal Health Bureau, three Drum Tower Hospitals, Children’s Hospitals, and Stomatological Hospitals, which are all influential in Jiangsu and even the whole country, jointly formed the “Drum Tower Hospital of Nanjing Group” on December 6, 1996. The group has more than 3,100 employees, including 249 senior medical technicians, 535 intermediate employees, more than 1,300 beds, 63 clinical specialists, 45 medical and technical departments, 20 specialist research laboratories, and 20 emergency laboratories. 1.8 million people received 26,000 patient visits and more than 14,000 hospitalizations. After the formation of the hospital group, the three hospitals focused on technical, scientific research, teaching, equipment and logistics services in order to achieve rationalization of the allocation of health resources, socialization of logistics services and intensification of medical operations to better serve patients. The group is managed by a management committee. The members of the management committee are represented by three members from each of the three hospitals. The members of the group are equal.
