随着“家庭学校”在西方国家的迅猛发展,如何对“家庭学校”进行监管逐渐成为一个焦点议题。根据不同的立场和态度,大体可分为“严格监管”论、“放松监管”论、“适度监管”论三类观点。持不同观点的学者们展开了激烈的争论,具体涉及教育权归属、“家庭学校”的教师资质、“家庭学校”对学生学业成就的影响、公民素质养成等诸多方面。
With the rapid development of “home school ” in western countries, how to supervise “home school ” has gradually become a focus topic. According to different positions and attitudes, they can be divided into three categories: “strict supervision”, “relaxed regulation” and “moderate regulation”. The scholars with different viewpoints have heated debates involving the right to education, the qualifications of teachers in “home schools”, the influence of “home school” on the academic achievements of students, and the development of citizens’ qualities.
