进入新时期后,交通运输系统有必要更重视党员干部的教育和培训。这是由于,展开持久且广泛的党员培训符合新时期从严治党的根本思路,同时也有助于提升党员的整体素养和队伍水准。培训教育党员干部队伍,应当依照因地制宜的根本原则来展开培训,以此来保障党组织具备的凝聚力以及向心力,从而服务于交通运输体系的各项工作进步。对于党员干部而言,有必要明确培训教育的基本思路及内容;结合党员干部教育的现状,探求完善教学的具体方法。
After entering a new era, it is necessary for the transportation system to pay more attention to the education and training of party members and cadres. This is due to the fact that launching a sustained and extensive training of party members is in line with the fundamental idea of strictly administering the party in the new era and at the same time helps to raise the overall quality of the party members and the team level. To train and educate party members and cadres, training should be conducted in accordance with the fundamental principles of local conditions so as to ensure the cohesion and solidarity possessed by the party organizations so as to serve the transportation system. For party members and cadres, it is necessary to clearly define the basic train of thought and content of training education; and to explore specific ways of improving teaching in light of the current situation of party members and cadres in education.
