测定赣南柿子中钙、镁、铁、铜、锰、锌的含量,为进一步开发提供科学依据。采用微波消解-原子吸收光谱法测定赣南柿子中微量元素Ca、Mg、Fe、Cu、Mn、Zn的含量。赣南柿子中Ca、Mg、Fe、Cu、Mn、Zn的含量分别为2097.286、587.481、214.762、909.297、17.159、28.658μg.g-1,回收率为96.53%—113.29%。赣南柿子含有丰富的金属元素,以Ca、Cu含量较高,Zn、Mn含量较低,Mg、Fe含量居中。
The contents of Ca, Mg, Fe, Cu, Mn and Zn in the persimmons of Gannan were determined to provide a scientific basis for further development. Gannan persimmon is rich in metal elements, Ca, Cu content is higher, Zn, Mn content is lower, Mg, Fe content is middle.
