丹红注射液对冠心病稳定性心绞痛患者血液流变学及炎症因子的影响

目的:探讨丹红注射液对冠心病稳定性心绞痛患者的临床疗效、心电图疗效、血液流变学及炎症因子的影响。方法:选取冠心病稳定性心绞痛患者60例为研究对象,随机分成治疗组和对照组,治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用丹红注射液,对照组在常规治疗的基础上加用丹参注射液,14 d为1个疗程,满疗程后观察两组患者的临床疗效、心电图疗效、血液流变学指标及炎症因子水平的变化。结果:治疗组临床疗效总有效率为93.3%,显著高于对照组80.0%(P<0.05);治疗组心电图疗效总有效率为90.0%,显著高于对照组73.3%(P<0.05);且治疗组血液流变学指标、炎症因子水平的改善显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:丹红注射液是治疗冠心病稳定性心绞痛的有效中药制剂,其机制可能与改善血液流变学及抑制炎症反应有关。 Objective: To investigate the effect of Danhong Injection on clinical curative effect, electrocardiogram curative effect, hemorheology and inflammatory factors in patients with coronary heart disease and stable angina pectoris. Methods: Sixty patients with stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease were selected as research object and randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group was given Danhong injection on the basis of routine treatment. The control group was treated with Salvia Miltiorrhiza injections , 14 d for a course of treatment, after the full course of treatment were observed in two groups of patients with clinical efficacy, ECG, hemorheology and inflammatory cytokines level changes. Results: The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.3%, significantly higher than that of the control group 80.0% (P <0.05). The total effective rate of the electrocardiogram in the treatment group was 90.0%, significantly higher than that of the control group 73.3% (P <0.05). The improvement of hemorheology index and inflammatory factor in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Danhong injection is an effective traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of stable angina pectoris in coronary heart disease. The mechanism may be related to improvement of hemorheology and suppression of inflammatory reaction.
