目的:优选自然铜的最佳炮制工艺。方法:采用正交试验法,以疏松度、硬度、Fe2+含量、As含量4个指标相结合,综合评分,对自然铜炮制工艺进行优选。结果:煅制自然铜的最佳工艺条件为A1B1C3D3E2F2,即控制自然铜粒度在9~10mm,铺垫厚度3cm,煅制温度450℃,时间2h,程序升温时间40min,用醋含酸量3.8g/100mL,效果最佳。结论:验证试验结果表明,此工艺合理可行。
Objective: To optimize the best processing of natural copper. Methods: Orthogonal experiment method was used to combine the four indicators of porosity, hardness, Fe2+ content and As content, and comprehensive scoring was performed to optimize natural copper processing technology. Result: The best process condition for the fumed natural copper is A1B1C3D3E2F2, which is to control the natural copper particle size in 9~10mm, the bedding thickness 3cm, the calcination temperature in 450°C, the time in 2h, the program heating time 40min, the acid content in vinegar is 3.8g/ 100mL, the best effect. Conclusion: The verification test results show that this process is reasonable and feasible.
