热水锅炉在停炉期间,其受热表面会吸收空气中的水分而形成水膜,极易生锈腐蚀。若生锈腐蚀的锅炉继续运行,在高温下会使锅炉受腐蚀部分的腐蚀深度加深,面积扩大,致使锅炉的使用年限缩短,甚至因钢板强度严重降低而发生锅炉爆炸事故。因此,做好锅炉的停炉保养,是保证锅炉安全经济运行的重要措施。
During the shutdown of a hot water boiler, the heated surface absorbs the moisture in the air and forms a water film that can easily rust and corrode. If the corroded boiler continues to operate, the corroded depth of the corroded part of the boiler will be deepened and the area will be enlarged at high temperature, which will shorten the service life of the boiler and even cause a boiler explosion due to the serious decrease of the strength of the steel plate. Therefore, to do a good job in boiler maintenance shutdown is to ensure the safe and economical operation of the boiler is an important measure.
