目的优选连芩解毒颗粒的最佳提取工艺。方法以盐酸小檗碱及黄芩苷的转移率为考察指标,结合单因素及正交试验法,对连芩解毒颗粒的提取工艺进行优化。结果优选出连芩解毒颗粒的最佳提取工艺为:药材用60%乙醇浸泡1.0 h,回流提取2次,第一次1.5 h,料液比1∶10(g∶m L),第二次1 h,料液比1∶8(g∶m L)。结论优选的提取工艺稳定、可行,为连芩解毒颗粒的生产制备提供实验依据。
Objective To optimize the extraction process of Lianqin Jiedu Granules. Methods The transfer rate of berberine hydrochloride and baicalin were taken as research indexes. The extraction process of Lianqin Jiedu Granules was optimized by single factor and orthogonal test. Results The optimal extraction process of Lianqin Jiedu Granules was as follows: the medicinal materials were soaked in 60% ethanol for 1.0 h, refluxed for 2 times, the first time was 1.5 h, the ratio of material to liquid was 1:10 (g: m L) 1 h, solid-liquid ratio 1: 8 (g: m L). Conclusion The optimal extraction process is stable and feasible, providing an experimental basis for the production and preparation of Lianqin Jiedu Granules.
