现阶段,县级医院在实际运营的过程中存在诸多问题,具体表现在工作积极性不高、人员分配不合理,另外还包括奖惩制度的落实不到位等等。在这其中,对医院工作人员积极性产生直接影响的就是奖惩制度,为此,应当给予奖惩制度一定的重视,以保证所有工作人员都能够获得实惠,不断激发其自身的工作积极性,使得医院工作效率有所增强,更好地为医院患者提供服务。为了完善医院奖惩制度,应当从绩效工资改革入手,采取相应的措施,以实现医院的可持续发展。
