向家坝水电工程是金沙江流域规划中拟建的最下游一个梯级电站,在设计条件下,水库面积94.6km~2,淹没房屋204万 m~2.耕地1493.33hm~2,迁移人口6.38万人。本研究结果表明:1.疟疾和钩端螺旋体病是向家坝地区危害最大的疾病,分布广,对水库周围地区的迁移人口和施工人员可构成危害,水库建成后,有利于虐蚊生长,要注意预防疟疾发病率的爆发流行。2.施工区要设置供水和粪便处理设施,以防止介水传染病的流行。
The Xiangjiaba Hydropower Project is the most downstream cascade power station proposed in the planning of Jinsha River Basin. Under the design conditions, the reservoir area is 94.6km ~ 2, and the houses are 2.04 million m ~ 2. The cultivated land is 1493.33hm ~ 2, and the population of migration is 63,800 people. The results of this study indicate that: 1. Malaria and leptospirosis are the most harmful diseases in Xiangjiaba area, which are widely distributed and may cause harm to the migrants and constructors in the area around the reservoir. After the reservoir is completed, it is conducive to mosquito breeding, Pay attention to preventing the outbreak of malaria. 2. The construction area should set up water supply and excrement disposal facilities to prevent the epidemic of water-borne infectious diseases.
