古代青铜器的腐蚀是一个相当复杂的过程,腐蚀程度与产物主要取决于青铜器的化学成份、组织结构、腐蚀介质与埋藏环境等诸多因素的综合作用。本文主要探讨论了富锡表面处理后形成的表面层对古代青铜器的保护作用。经富锡表面处理后,青铜器的表层结构改变,形成耐蚀细晶层,该层能起到阻断外界腐蚀介质进入青铜器内部,保护青铜器,即使在该层出现裂纹,腐蚀介质沿裂纹进入青铜器基体时,能将对青铜器破坏较大的腐蚀转变为对青铜器破坏较小的腐蚀,从而减轻青铜器的受腐蚀程度。
Ancient bronze corrosion is a very complicated process, the degree of corrosion and the product mainly depends on the bronze chemical composition, organizational structure, corrosive media and buried environment and many other factors. This paper mainly discusses the protective effect of the surface layer formed after the rich tin surface treatment on the ancient bronze ware. After the rich tin surface treatment, the bronze surface structure changes to form a fine corrosion resistant layer, the layer can play the role of blocking the outside corrosive medium into the interior of the bronze to protect the bronze, even in the layer cracks, the corrosion medium along the crack into the bronze Substrate, the greater destruction of the bronze can be changed into a bronze less corrosive damage, thereby reducing the bronze corrosion.
