氟及其化合物广泛应用于工农业生产,长时间、过量的氟进入机体可引起氟骨症。关于工业氟中毒,国内外已有不少文献报导。 由于我国社会主义制度的优越性,工厂劳动条件不断得到改善,晚期氟骨症不易发现。因此,探讨早期氟骨症的诊断方法及指标,对于保护工人身体健康,促进工农业生产的发展,确属必要。 湖南冶金防护防治研究所提出了金属梯板法观察氟作业工人早期骨质密度变化的方法及结果。 南宁铝厂在大搞综合性防毒措施,消除氟危害同时,对氟作业工人进行了健康检查。现将采用金属梯板法观察氟作业工人骨质密度、骨骼X线表现结果报告如下:

Hunan Metallurgical Protection and Preventive Research Institute put forward the method and result of metal ladder method to observe the changes of early bone density of fluorine workers. Nanning Aluminum Plant in the comprehensive anti-virus measures to eliminate the fluorine hazard at the same time, fluoride workers conducted a health check. Metal stents will now be used to observe the bone mineral density worker fluorine, bone X-ray findings are as follows:
