笔者从2006年开始一直在农村初级中学从事教育教学工作,同时也担任班主任工作,在工作过程中深刻感受到教师肩负责任的艰巨。尤其是班主任工作,如果说班主任是一个班级的核心,那么班级管理工作便是班主任的中心工作。从教八年来,我深深的体会到农村中学的班级虽不是很难管理,但是也总有处理不完的问题,老师自身的问题,学生自身的问题,学生与老师间的问题,学习问题等都会使班主任感到头疼,尤其是一些问题学生、留守学生、单亲家庭的学生更加难以管理。
Since 2006, the author has been engaged in education and teaching work in rural junior high schools and also as a teacher in charge of class. In the course of his work, he has deeply felt the arduous task of teachers. Especially the class teacher, if the class teacher is the core of a class, then class management is the class teacher’s center work. Since I taught for eight years, I have come to realize that although classes in rural middle schools are not difficult to manage, there are always problems that can not be dealt with, problems of teachers themselves, problems of students themselves, problems of students and teachers, problems of learning, etc. Will make the head teacher feel a headache, especially for some problem students, left-behind students, single-parent families, students more difficult to manage.
