目的:观察灵芪胶囊对H_(22)荷瘤小鼠肿瘤的抑制作用,分析其抗肿瘤作用机制。方法:实验用昆明种小鼠接种H_(22)瘤株,经口灌胃灵芪胶囊和复方环磷酰胺11d后,取瘤体称重,计算抑瘤率,并计算免疫器官指数;采用双抗夹心ELISA法检测H_(22)荷瘤小鼠外周血IL-6含量。结果:灵芪胶囊在明显抑制肿瘤生长的同时不降低体重,在一定剂量下对荷瘤小鼠的免疫器官指数无明显影响,并能够明显抑制荷瘤小鼠外周血IL-6异常增高。结论:灵芪胶囊对H_(22)荷瘤小鼠有明显抑瘤作用,通过改善荷瘤小鼠异常的免疫状态。达到治疗肿瘤的目的。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the inhibitory effect of Lingqi capsule on H22 tumor-bearing mice and analyze its anti-tumor mechanism. METHODS: Kunming mice were used to inoculate H22 tumor strains. After oral administration of Zuganlingling Capsule and compound cyclophosphamide for 11 days, the tumors were weighed to calculate the tumor inhibition rate, and the immune organ index was calculated; Anti-sandwich ELISA was used to detect the IL-6 content in H22-bearing mice. RESULTS: Lingqi Capsules did not reduce body weight while significantly inhibiting tumor growth. There was no significant effect on immune organ index of tumor-bearing mice at certain doses, and it could significantly inhibit the abnormal increase of peripheral blood IL-6 in tumor-bearing mice. Conclusion: Lingqi capsule has significant anti-tumor effect on H22 tumor-bearing mice by improving the abnormal immune status of tumor-bearing mice. To achieve the purpose of treatment of tumors.
