对45钢进行不同温度、应变率和变形量热拉伸形变(拉断)后空冷实验,研究了45钢形变温度、应变率、变形量与形变热力学行为和显微组织变化的相互关系。结果表明:将45钢加热到830℃完全奥氏体化后,再分别冷却,在800℃形变,奥氏体发生动态再结晶。在760℃以两种应变率形变,均发生奥氏体形变诱导铁素体相变。在720℃形变,铁素体发生动态回复,形成亚晶组织。
The 45 steel was subjected to air-cooling experiments after being hot-drawn at different temperatures, strain rates and deformations. The relationship between deformation temperature, strain rate, deformation and deformation thermomechanical behavior and microstructure was studied. The results show that after 45 steel is heated to 830 ℃ for complete austenization, the steel is cooled again and deformed at 800 ℃, and the austenite undergoes dynamic recrystallization.
