工会肩负着职工利益代表者和维护者的神圣职责,但在企业改革力度加大的情况下,当前工会突出维护职能遇到了一些新的问题,这些问题必须认真加以研究:一是生产技术骨干流失严重。在减员增效过程中,由于企业的配套改革,如专业化重组、竞争上岗等,滞后于减员增效工作,导致生产骨干流失,这些生产骨干创造和积累的绝招、绝活没有传下来。在岗的部分职工文化层次和知识面难以适应现代化生产技术发展的要求。二是收入分配差距逐步扩大。企业实行分配制度改
