云南金安桥电站混流式水轮机是继龙滩电站后我公司又一重大水轮机项目,其转轮由于运输条件限制而采用工地组焊退火加工方案。本文就金安桥电站转轮分瓣上冠、分瓣下环的组焊以及上冠、下环和叶片的组焊技术进行了介绍,并针对发现的问题和经验教训进行了分析陈述。 Yunnan Jin’anqiao Hydropower Station Francis turbine following the Longtan Hydropower Station Company is another major turbine project, the runner due to transport constraints and the use of site welding annealing program. This paper introduces the welding of top rotor, split bottom ring and welding technology of crown, bottom ring and blade in Jin’anqiao Power Station, and analyzes the problems and lessons learned.
