用间歇釜式反应装置考察了间-异丙基甲苯氧化过程中各种因素对氢化过氧化物和叔碳氢化过氧化物选择性的影响,优化了反应条件。结果表明,氧化温度以120℃至125℃为宜,弱碱性稳定剂中和反应生成的酸,同时促进氢化过氧化物自由基方式分解,在碱性条件下,叔碳氧化过氧化物比伯碳氢化过氧化物稳定。在供氧充足情况下,碱液的分散度是影响选择性的主要因素。试验还表明,氧化副产物中,异丙基苯甲醛和异丙基苯甲醇强烈抑制氧化反应。
The influence of various factors on the selectivity of hydroperoxide and tertiary hydroperoxide during the oxidation of m-isopropyltoluene was investigated by means of a batch reactor. The reaction conditions were optimized. The results showed that the oxidation temperature of 120 ℃ to 125 ℃ is appropriate, a weakly basic stabilizer neutralization of the acid generated by the reaction, while promoting hydrogen peroxide radical decomposition, under alkaline conditions, the ratio of tertiary carbon oxide peroxide Primary hydrocarbon hydroperoxides are stable. In the case of adequate oxygen supply, lye dispersion is the main factor affecting the selectivity. The tests also showed that cumene and cumene strongly inhibited the oxidation reaction in the oxidation by-products.
