标准化建设是现代企业科学管理的基本手段,是企业安全生产、经营管理的必然要求。加强标准化建设,是现代企业集约高效发展的基本规律,更是增强核心竞争力的重要途径。企业应以创建标准化良好行为活动为载体,建立标准体系,坚持系统推进和全员参与的工作思路,通过“自下而上”和“自上而下”相结合的方法,将企业在安全生产、经营管理活动中的管理经验和实践成果进行总结、固化和凝炼,形成标准,并不断深化标准的有效运行、实施监督与持续改进,使其融入日常工作。
Standardization is the basic means of scientific management of modern enterprises, and is the inevitable requirement for safety production and management of enterprises. Strengthening standardization is the basic law of intensive and efficient development of modern enterprises and an important way to enhance core competitiveness. Enterprises should establish a standardized system based on the establishment of standardized good behavior activities and adhere to the system promotion and full participation of the work train of thought through the combination of “bottom-up” and “top-down” Enterprises in the production safety, management activities in the management experience and practical results summary, curing and condensation, the formation of standards, and continue to deepen the effective operation of standards, the implementation of supervision and continuous improvement, to integrate into their daily work.
