滞后系统是过程控制中常见的系统类型,一般控制方法无法对其进行有效控制,并且有效的控制方式都具有一定的应用局限性。本文以离散PID控制和模糊控制为基础,针对某一类滞后系统,提出了一种改进PID控制方法,成功地实现了该系统的自动控制,消除了因响应滞后产生的系统超调。该方法不需要对实际系统建模,且与滞后时间参数无关,易于工程实现和推广,尤其适用于中小型滞后系统的控制。
Hysteresis system is a common type of system in process control. The general control method can not effectively control it, and the effective control methods all have some application limitations. Based on discrete PID control and fuzzy control, aiming at a kind of lag system, an improved PID control method is proposed in this paper. The automatic control of the system is successfully realized and the system overshoot caused by response lag is eliminated. The method does not need to model the actual system and has no relation with the lag time parameter, which is easy to implement and popularize. It is especially suitable for the control of small and medium hysteresis system.
