对于事业单位来说,要想使工作效率及质量得到有效提升,首先便需要提高内部职工对待工作的积极性。因此,做好事业单位职工的教育培训工作显得尤为重要。本文在分析事业单位职工教育培训潜在不足的基础上,进一步对提高事业单位职工教育培训效果的策略进行探究,以期为事业单位职工素质的全面提升提供有效凭据。
For public institutions, in order to effectively improve their work efficiency and quality, they first need to increase the enthusiasm of internal staff in their work. Therefore, to do a good job in education and training of staff and workers is particularly important. Based on the analysis of the potential shortage of employee education and training in public institutions, this paper further explores the strategies to improve the effectiveness of staff education and training in public institutions, in order to provide effective evidence for the overall improvement of the quality of staff and workers in public institutions.
