曾文正公,即曾国藩,晚清重臣,湘军创立者和统帅。道光十八年(1838)中进士,入翰林院,累迁至内阁学士,署礼、兵、工、刑、吏部侍郎,以“实学”相砥砺,政声极佳。平时服膺程朱理学,有感于政治废弛,主张以理学经世,有《曾文正公全集》遗世。他在从政之余,重视养生保健,在同治年间的一则日记中写道:“养生之道,息、视、食、眠四字最为重要。息必归海,视必垂帘,食必淡节,眠必虚恬。”这段话说的是日常生活中的养生之道,对于我们老年人很有借鉴意义。先说“息必归海”。我们都知道,有效规
