良性前列腺增生症主要表现为尿频、夜尿次数增多,甚则排尿困难,可导致尿潴留,严重影响患者的生活质量.笔者采用刺络拔罐联合针刺治疗湿热瘀阻型良性前列腺增生症37例,现报道如下.rn1临床资料rn37例患者均来自2018年9月1日至2019年12月31日山东省中医院针灸科门诊.其中年龄最小49岁,最大73岁,平均(59±8)岁;病程最短1.2年,最长16.0年,平均(6.4±2.6)年.
